SUNSNACK HIGH PROTEIN, ROAST BEEF & CHEESE

You'll need

  • [5 slices] thick cut of Roast Beef (4 oz).
  • [4 slices] of Pepper Jack Cheese (2-1/4 oz).
  • [2 packs] of SUNSNACK HIGH-PROTEIN Crackers
  • [3 Tbsp.] of Cheese dipping sauce.
  • [2 Tbsp.] of Chopped fresh Oregano.
  • [1/2 tsp.] of Black Pepper.


Instructions

  • Heat oven to 280°F.
  • Cut the Roast Beef slices each into 6 pieces
  • Cut the Pepper Jack Cheese slices each into 8 pieces
  • Place SUNSNACK HIGH-PROTEIN crackers in double layer on baking sheet
  • Top with Cheese dipping sauce.
  • Place a slice of Pepper Jack Cheeses and roast beef.
  • Bake 3 to 5 min. or until Cheese is melted.
  • Top with Oregano & Black Pepper.
