SUNSNACK ORGANIC WITH SALMON CHUNK

You'll need,

  • [1 lb.] of skinless organic Salmon filet.
  • [2-3 Tbsp.] of Mayonnaise.
  • [200 gm] of Pickles.
  • [4 packs] of SUNSNACK VEGAN Crackers.
  • [1/2 tsp.] of Salt.
  • [1/2 tsp.] of Black Pepper.
  • [1 bunch] of Fresh Dill.

 

Instruction,

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper, or silicone mat.
  • Cut the organic Salmon into about 2-inch cubes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Salmon cubes and Mayonnaise.
  • Spread the Salmon on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until Salmon is cooked through.
  • Place a thin layer of Mayonnaise on the crackers, then put a piece of pickles.
  • Place a chunk of Salmon, Dill and Basil on the top.
