Perfect Brunch
SUNSNACK ORGANIC WITH SALMON CHUNK


You'll need,
- [1 lb.] of skinless organic Salmon filet.
- [2-3 Tbsp.] of Mayonnaise.
- [200 gm] of Pickles.
- [4 packs] of SUNSNACK VEGAN Crackers.
- [1/2 tsp.] of Salt.
- [1/2 tsp.] of Black Pepper.
- [1 bunch] of Fresh Dill.
Instruction,
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper, or silicone mat.
- Cut the organic Salmon into about 2-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine Salmon cubes and Mayonnaise.
- Spread the Salmon on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until Salmon is cooked through.
- Place a thin layer of Mayonnaise on the crackers, then put a piece of pickles.
- Place a chunk of Salmon, Dill and Basil on the top.
Try with SUNSNACK ORGANIC Crackers...
